I love hearing from my customers. Positive and negative comments, how else can I improve the shop and better serve you?
I just received a lovely email from a new customer who had a mice problem, but didn’t want to use harsh chemicals. The Blue Ridge Eco Shop sells a live mouse trap which humanly traps the mouse and allows you to set it free outside the house (1-2 miles away to keep it from returning). Messages like this reinforce why I opened the shop–to provide a source of environmentally friendly products and education–and encourage me to do more.
Wow! I like this eco-shop concept. I am fed up of using those harsh chemicals which are dangerous to children and even my pets. I will definitely visit to your shop or order online (if available) some of your eco-shop products.
