Happenings At the Eco-Shop

Fall is a busy time at the Blue Ridge Eco Shop! We just returned from the D.C. Green Festival. And what a success it was. Thanks to those of you who stopped by our booth to say hello. It was nice to see familiar faces.
Coming up next for the Eco-Shop, we are headed to Boston! Next week is the U.S. Green Building Council’s Green Build 2008 Conference. We will be attending to continue our education, which enables us to serve you better. Due to this conference, the Blue Ridge Eco Shop will be CLOSED all day Wednesday, November 19th. I apologize for any inconvenience. Julie, our new employee, will be working Tuesday and Thursday. Stop in and say hello, if you haven’t already met her!
The Sale on Rain Barrels and the Garden Gourmet Compost Bins ends tomorrow, November 15th. The composters are selling fast! If you are thinking about either for the holiday season, now is a good time to save some cash!
If you just noticed, yes we did update our website! It launched while we were at the Green Festival. Look for an official launch email next week as we continue to update the online store and hash out an kinks.

I love the new website! And you did such a great job last year doing our “12 WAYS TO GO GREEN FOR THE HOLIDAYS” special…I can’t wait to see what you’ve come up with this year!
